Stampin' Up! © Snailed It

Hello!  I have a cute, bright card to share with you today -

Stampin' Up! is in the last month of the 2021 January-June Mini Catalog.  Click HERE to see the Last Chance Products before they retire.  Many are now discounted, some up to 50%.  But shop soon, as supplies are limited.

JUNE HOST CODE:  XKSVWTQZ

One of the stamp sets on the list is Snailed It, along with the coordinating Snail Dies and the Snail Mail Designer Series Paper.  These products are such fun to use.

So let's take a look at a card I made using these products.  I also used two additional dies:  one from the new 2021-2022 Annual Catalog - the Tailor Made Tags Dies, which consist of 10 nested dies.  (Item #155563 p.166), and a die from Layering Circles Dies (Item # 151770 p.163).

Details for the card

  • Card base:  Daffodil Delight CS, 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", fold at 4 1/4".
  • Layer of Bermuda Bay CS, 5 3/8" x 4 1/8".  Glue to front of card base.
  • Snail Mail Designer Series Paper, 5 1/4" x 4".  Glue to the Bermuda Bay.
Steps to create the card
  • Stamp the snail image in Basic Gay onto a piece of Basic White CS.  Color with Stampin' Blends.
  • Die cut the snail image using Layering Circle Dies.
  • Use the Snail Dies to die cut the mini envelope out of Bermuda Bay CS, and then die cut the "hello" note from basic white.
  • Stamp the hello in Basic Gray ink.
  • Use the Tailor Made Tags die to cut a tag from the Snail Mail DSP.

Assemble:

  • Glue the tag to card front, and the snail image onto of the tag.
  • Fold the mini-envelope flaps (they are scored when you die-cut it) and glue them on three sided to create the mini-envelope.  Adhere the envelope to the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals, overlapping the tag and snail pieces.  Insert the little hello-note with a couple Small Glue Dots.

That's all there is to it!  It comes together pretty easily.  What do you think?

If you'd like to get any of these Snail products, remember, they're only available while supplies last or till June 30, whichever happens first.   Click HERE to jump over to my online store.

If you have any questions, let me know; I'd love to help in any way I can with your crafting projects.

The PDFs for the Mini Catalog and the Annual Catalog are on the right-hand panel of this blog - just click the images of either Catalog to view & scroll through each one.

Thank you so much for stopping by today.  I hope you'll visit again, soon!

Take care,    JULIE ❤
