How about this snowy scene? Do you love it? It's from Feels Like Frost Specialty Designer Series Paper. This is a pack of gorgeous Specialty DSP in the current August-December 2020 Mini Catalog. It was so popular last year that it made a return in this year's Mini Catalog. So glad! When you see it, you can understand why. Double sided 6" x 6" DSP, with soft, wintry photographic scenes on one side, and silver metallic graphics on the reverse.
I chose one of the scenes as the background for my card, and layered it onto Pretty Peacock and Seaside Spray card stock. The sentiment was added from Festive Corners Stamp Set, stamped in Peacock ink.
- Card Base: Seaside Spray card stock, 11" x 4 1/4", folded at 5 1/2"
- Layer: Pretty Peacock card stock, 5" x 3 3/4"
- DSP: Feels Like Frost, 4 7/8" x 3 5/8"
- Stamp sets: Festive Corners, In the Pines
- Dies: Pine Woods Dies
- Other: twine (misty moonlight/white/silver) from the Flowers for Every Season Ribbon Combo Pack, Stampin' Dimensionals, Liquid Multi-purpose Glue.
I would love to hear what you think! Have you used DSP in this way, stamping directly onto it? It works especially well with scenes like the ones found in this Feels Like Frost DSP pack.
