- Strip of Country Floral Lane DSP (in the Mini Catalog)
- Inks: Petal Pink, Calypso Coral, Early Espresso, Pool Party, Mint Macaron, Real Red.
- Stampin' Blends SU100 (dark brown color)
- Stampin' Dimensionals
- Multipurpose Glue
- Clear packaging tape
- Mini Glue Dots
- Embellishments
Card Base: Very vanilla card stock, 4 1/4" x 11", score at 5 1/2" (this is a top-fold card configuration).
Splatter the background by flicking a Stampin' Blends SU100 pen against its inside lid edge. (any dark brown Blend you have).
Die cut lattice piece X 2 using the Share A Milkshake Dies & vanilla card stock. Adhere to card base
Stamping the milkshake:
- The Glass is a two-step process:
- Petal Pink for the solid glass background, stamped onto basic white.
- Use Calypso Coral ink, stamped off once, to stamp the detailed overlaying the base.
- To make it shiny: cut a piece of clear packing tape, adhere over the image of the milkshake glass, then die cut the glass out using Share a Milkshake Dies.
Stamp cherry in Real Red onto white CS. Die cut.
Stamp 2 of the straws, 2-step process: solid in Pool Party, stripe in Mint Macaron; die cut.
Stamp the ice cream in Early Espresso onto white CS; die cut. The die cuts a slit in the ice cream, which you'll put the straws through.
Stamp the sentiment in Espresso onto piece of white CS (approx.3/4" x 2 1/2").
Assemble
- Adhere the Country Floral Lane DSP strip to the Early Espresso CS strip, then adhere to the card front (on top of the previously glued lattice pieces).
- Insert the 2 straws into top of ice cream, then use Mini Glue Dots or glue to adhere the ice cream to the top of the glass.
- Use dimensionals to adhere the milkshake to the card front. Add cherry (glue or dimensional).
- Adhere the sentiment (glue where it overlaps the glass & a dimensional under the other end).
- Add embellishments of your choice (I use Polished Dots from my stash).
